To set up auto-pay you will need

• Your ACSD account number (this account number will start with a A- or an M-) 
• If you are setting up a Credit Card, we need your credit cards' billing address, we also need the name on the card.  For your security the transaction will decline if all of the data does not match.  
• By submitting either form authorizes us to debit your account QUARTERLY for payment of the amount due on your accout.

Setting up your Bank Account for auto-payments

Payment can be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account.  Use this form to set up auto -payments from a bank account (ACH)

Submitting this form authorizes us to debit your bank account QUARTERLY for payment of the amount due on your accout.

Setting up your Credit-Card for auto-payments

Use the form below to set up auto-payments from a credit card. A convenience fee of 3%  will be added for this transaction type.
 

Submitting this form authorizes us to debit your credit card QUARTERLY for payment of the amount due on your accout. We will also add a 3%  convenience fee to the amount due.
