We bill quarterly at the beginning of each quarter. January 2, April 1, July 1 and October 1. The amount is a Flat Rate based on the number of plumbing fixtures in your home. Examples being; sinks, toilets, showers, clothes washers, etc. These rates are NOT based on usage like a metered water bill. Each fixture has a set usage estimate (ex. a toilet generates on average 3 gallons per flush). The rates are then set to determine “potential” usage. This process helps us determine the capacity our treatment facility must be able to accommodate when the entire system is at peak usage. If there is a system failure and our plant discharges less than optimum water quality, the penalty is $10,000.00 per day! Whether you are here or not, we have to be ready. 

There is generally a rate increase each January based on the Consumer Price Index. On average is it between 3% and 5%.

Payment can be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account. Please fill out and return    Secure Auto-Debit Application Payments are deducted on the 22nd of the month the bill is sent.

A one time payment, using your checking or savings account, may be made by using  a     Secure One Time Payment Authorization   form.

We  now accept credit card payments. Secure Credit Card Payment  ( A convenience fee of 2.5% of the amount paid will be added into the amount charged to your card. A recurring payment is available )
